Remote Job Overview: As an Executive, Video Edit, you will be an integral part of our Creative department, responsible for transforming raw footage into visually compelling videos that align with our clients’ brand identities and communication goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute projects, ensuring that the final output exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging videos that communicate clients’ messages effectively.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, creative direction, and client preferences.
- Craft visually captivating videos with attention to pacing, transitions, graphics, and sound design.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and other elements to enhance video quality.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging alignment in all video projects.
- Review and edit video drafts, making necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to enhance video editing skills.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to bring innovative ideas to projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in video editing, demonstrating proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and visual effects tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
